Goodwill's Return Policy

Items must be returned within seven days*.

Customer must provide the original sales receipt with the merchandise tag attached. Items will be returned as purchased; cash returns over $10 will be issued a gift card.

*Electrical items have a 2-day return policy. Computers, books, jewelry, watches, records, tapes, CDs, DVDs and furniture are non-returnable.
