Director of Workforce Development 

Job Summary  
The Director of Workforce Development (WFD) is responsible for administering all programs and services for individuals with barriers to employment. In 2016, the Workforce Development Department has managed contracts and services for Job Connections, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Access to Recovery, Employment and Training Services, Prosperity Center Program, Supported Work Experience, Transition Services and Job Development.

Education and / or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
Master’s Degree preferred
A minimum of five years of relevant experience

Positions Supervised
Workforce Development personnel
