Assist store manger of retail store engaged in selling specific, related, or general lines of merchandise by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Assist with store operations including: supervision of employees engaged in sales work, taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, maintaining operating records, and preparing daily record of transactions. Follow all customer service guidelines; strive to provide exceptional customer service at all times. Coordinates production needs to maintain adequate supplies to meet store needs. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 25-40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision.
