Goodwill
Industries
has
a
rich,
50-plus-year
history
of
serving
Lane
and
South
Coast
County
residents.
Begun
in
1954
as
a
joint
venture
between
the
Eugene
Rotary
and
the
Eugene
Women's
League,
Goodwill
opened
its
first
retail
store
in
1958.
In
2005,
Goodwill
employed
444
individuals
and
provided
services
to
1,473
individuals.
With
six
retail
training
centers
in
Lane
County,
Goodwill
was
embraced
by
the
North
Bend
Community
as
we
opened
the
doors
of
our
seventh
retail
training
center
in
November
of
2004.
Goodwill
continues
to
lead
the
way
in
providing
vocational
opportunities
for
individuals
with
barriers
to
employment.
